What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Would it be possible to have an early check in or late check-out?

After check-out at 10:00 a.m., you may extend your stay for an additional 6,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour.
If you wish to extend check-out time, please contact our staff by 9:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
※We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, please kindly note that we may not always be able to meet your request due to overcrowding of rooms.
Is there a parking lot?

There is a parking lot.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash or credit card payment on site.
When are cancellation fees charged?

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
・7 days prior to your stay: 20% of the room charge
・4 days prior to your stay: 50% of the room charge
・2 days prior to your stay: 80% of the room charge
・On the day of your stay /No-show: 100% of the room charge

What is the maximum number of accommodation?

7M Dome Square Sauna(Kiuru), 7M Dome Barrel Sauna(Kauha), 7M Dome(Kupori) ,Glamping tent(with tent sauna),Glamping tent(with private sauna) can accommodate 2-4 people.
Connected Dome with Barrel Sauna(Raude) and Connected Dome(Terutta) can accommodate 2-6 people.
Skylight 6M dome barrel sauna(Taro) can accommodate 2 people.
How many beds are provided?

Each room has 4 beds.
Are bathrooms and toilets available?

No, there are no bathrooms or toilets in each tent.
There is a separate building in the facility, where you can use the bathroom and toilet.
(Baths can be reserved for private use for 45 to 60 minutes)

What equipment and amenities are provided in the guest rooms?

Towel sets (bath and face towels), toothbrushes, hairbrushes, earplugs, hair tie, coffee, black tea, hair dryer and mirror are provided.
Can I have a BBQ or meals even if it rains?

BBQ or meals can be enjoyed in all weather conditions.
Do the guest rooms have air conditioning?

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heater.
Is Internet available in the hotel?

Free wireless Wi-Fi is available.
What should I wear when using the sauna?

The guests who stay overnight and guests with day-trip sauna plan are required to wear swimsuits when using the sauna, so please bring your own.
Swimsuits can also be rented for a fee. Swimsuit rental is 200 yen/person

Can I bring my own ingredients and beverages to the barbecue?

You can bring your own ingredients and beverages.
Can I have a day-trip barbecue?

We are sorry that we do not offer a day-trip barbecue.

Are there any convenience stores nearby?

Yes, there is a Seven-Eleven which is about 2-minute drive.
