    About Reservations and Use

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
  • Would it be possible to have an early check in or late check-out?
    After check-out at 10:00 a.m., you may extend your stay for an additional 6,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour.
    If you wish to extend check-out time, please contact our staff by 9:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
    ※We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, please kindly note that we may not always be able to meet your request due to overcrowding of rooms.
  • Is there a parking lot?
    There is a parking lot.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept cash or credit card payment on site.
  • When are cancellation fees charged?
    Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
    ・7 days prior to your stay: 20% of the room charge
    ・4 days prior to your stay: 50% of the room charge
    ・2 days prior to your stay: 80% of the room charge
    ・On the day of your stay /No-show: 100% of the room charge

  • What is the maximum number of accommodation?
    7M Dome Square Sauna, 7M Dome Barrel Sauna, and 7M Dome can accommodate 2-4 people.
    Connected Dome with Barrel Sauna and Connected Dome can accommodate 2-6 people.
  • How many beds are provided?
    Each room has 4 beds.
  • Are bathrooms and toilets available?
    No, there are no bathrooms or toilets in each tent.
    There is a separate building in the facility, where you can use the bathroom and toilet.
    (Baths can be reserved for private use for 45 to 60 minutes)

    • About facilities

  • What equipment and amenities are provided in the guest rooms?
    Towel sets (bath and face towels), toothbrushes, hairbrushes, earplugs, hair tie, coffee, black tea, hair dryer and mirror are provided.
  • Can I have a BBQ or meals even if it rains?
    BBQ or meals can be enjoyed in all weather conditions.
  • Do the guest rooms have air conditioning?
    Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heater.
  • Is Internet available in the hotel?
    Free wireless Wi-Fi is available.
  • What should I wear when using the sauna?
    The guests who stay overnight and guests with day-trip sauna plan are required to wear swimsuits when using the sauna, so please bring your own.
    Swimsuits can also be rented for a fee. Swimsuit rental is 200 yen/person

    We are sorry that we do not offer a day-trip barbecue.
